Aslam Solanki began his transformation from being an employee in a casting company to a man who would employee many around a within few years. Aslam Solanki's upbringing has always taught him that "It's okay not to reach target, but it's strictly negative to have a lower target in life". He believes that it is better to start a shop in hell rather than work for someone else in heaven.Aslam Solanki started his career with Rs. 1,200 per month job as a Silver Casting Operator and in short span he has started his owned casting unit in Rajkot. His life had all possible positives that a normal person would want, but it was not enough for Aslam Solanki and took the courageous step of living the plush job and starting his own business. His first venture was to start up a silver casting unit which had a meager sale of just Rs. 100 per day. With his passion, understanding and business acumen, he turned around the fortune of the shop and took its sales to Rs. 15,000 per day in just 3 years.

One thing leads to another and today he has 4+ companies having businesses in Automobiles, comfort products, Electronics, Software Development and Consulting etc..., In 16+ years, the company Insidelogic Private Limited has emerged as one of India’s fastest growing photographic software development houses with retail market share at 30%. The company has 21+ state dealers and over 170+ channel partners operating over 12000+ satisfied corporate and retail clients spread across 200+ cities and servicing more than 4440+ pin codes in India.
